This Fork Conversion cup kit allows a plug n play install of a KTM 85 complete front end with the proper triple clamp spacing and bearing.

Technical Notes

A complete KTM 85 MX front end is required. This usually ranges from $799 to $2,599. A complete front end consists of fork tubes, triple clamps, front braking system, front wheel (19" recommended), front axle, and MX-style handlebars. Price is largely dependent on which fork style you choose: Dual-cartridge spring forks are heavier but cheaper, whereas air forks found on 2018+ models are lighter but more expensive. From our experience, we would choose air forks every time.

Note for KTM air forks. Please check clearances on the bottom for the 2 posts on the triple clamp where the fender bolts in. This may need to be slightly shaved for adequate clearance and is only an issue with some years and brands of triple clamps.
